TRAIN FOR DECADES,
NOT JUST SEASONS.
ABOUT BASELINETHE FOUNDATION FOR A LIFETIME OF TRAINING.
Baseline starts with an idea drawn from psychology, nervous system research, and older traditions of discipline and restraint: the brain limits effort on purpose. It regulates how much you can access to protect what it perceives as a weak link. That protection can show up as fatigue, tightness, or the same setback repeating itself.
Here’s what that looks like in practice: we assess you across five dimensions to find what’s actually holding you back. Then we train it directly, on purpose, until your system no longer needs to protect it. We call this “Durability Training”.
Whether you’re chasing a new goal, rebuilding after time away, trying to break through a plateau, or simply wanting to understand your body better, the approach doesn’t change.
We find your weak link, and train it directly.
ABOUT THE METHODFIVE DIMENSIONS TO FIND YOUR BASELINE.
Mobility, Resilience, Efficiency, Rhythm, and Aerobic Capacity:
These five dimensions work together, and when they do, everything opens up. More mileage, more consistency, more of what your body's actually capable of. Baseline finds the one piece of the dimension holding the others back, so the rest can finally show up.
IS THIS YOU?

Yes. Speed is capped by your weakest link, same as durability. A plateau isn't a wall, it's a signal that something underneath is limiting you. You could be strong, well-trained, doing everything right on paper, and still stuck, because nobody's ever looked at the constraint actually holding the ceiling down. We find that thing and train it. The speed follows.

Yes. "Durability" sounds like it's reserved for performance athletes, but it's actually the opposite. It's about training for life, not chasing a season. You don't need a race on the calendar to care about moving well and staying that way. If you're active and want to keep being active without the constant setbacks, this is built for you.
-
No, that's the exact pattern this is built for. When training's been inconsistent, your body needs a foundation rebuild, not more volume stacked on top of a weak base. That's not a footnote in the program, it's factored into how we build it from day one. You rebuild durably this time, instead of ramping up too fast and landing back where you started.

More than you'd think. Your brain is always listening for danger. If it senses a weak link that could break, it quietly caps your effort to protect you, and that ceiling shows up as fatigue, tightness, or the same injury returning, even when your training looks fine on paper. Train the actual weak link, and your nervous system learns it's safe. That's when the ceiling comes off.

It means you stop needing us. Awareness builds trust in your own body, trust builds autonomy, and by the end, you can read your own signals and make better calls without someone telling you what to do. That's the real product here, and it's the part that stays with you long after the program ends.
